WERA safety wiring question

Safety wiring requirements vary by race orgs. For WERA, my bike is prepped for all but the following items. Do the following items still have to be secured?

oil lines --> mandatory still?
coolant drains
speedo and tach cables
any pressure fed lubricant line
*fork oil drain screws/bolts
rear exhaust mount(s) (all) --> exhaust hanger bolts
*brake pad retaining pins

*may be secured by silicone glue in lieu of wiring.

Yes, they are all required. Yes, you should do them all. I've see a lot of bikes getting away with the coolant drain and oil lines, but they'll likely say something about the exhaust. None of it has to be done well, just done.

I don't want to share the track with you if you don't have your brake pad retaining pins safetied. It doesn't happen often, but that shit has killed people.

oil lines --> mandatory still? =if you bike has them yes
coolant drains= yes nearly all modern bikes have a drain bolt in the outlet housing also the radiator cap
speedo and tach cables= only vintage bikes still have these nothing modern
any pressure fed lubricant line= this is not brake lines or brake banjos
*fork oil drain screws/bolts = these are not visible in modern bikes the bolt secures the cartridge so technical i am not 100% sure on this
rear exhaust mount(s) (all) --> exhaust hanger bolts = yes the rear hanger and hanger mount bolt drilling through with a safety or cotter pin is also ok
*brake pad retaining pins+= if there internal silicone is the only option like mentioned everyone should if you loose a pin your pads fall out and zero brakes.

*may be secured by silicone glue in lieu of wiring.

I have never done brake pad retaining pins. Ever. Multiple orgs. Everything else listed above yes. But never the pins. CVMA is pretty thorough also (compared to Wera).

I mean, the Yamahas have cotter pins that run through the pad retaining pins so maybe that is sufficient. Not sure how else to retain them more than cotter pins.

I was wondering how the heck people are wiring them. But maybe this explains it. I've only ever dealt with Yamaha style calipers with cotter pins
