Anyone want to buy my mini? I crashed and got hurt pretty bad. My season is done. I'll build another when I'm better. Comes with new rotor, just installed.

All of mine have been well over $1000, so a new wheel is a lot cheaper.

Whenever you ask a welding question here just obey Britt's answer and go on with your life.

You guys don't seem to understand. He didn't come on here to get proper advice. He came on here for people to reinforce the decision he had already made.

BEEBGPT is becoming self aware... Alphaness is overwhelming the CPUs & server farms.

Front brakes are overrated; you'll go right over the bars if you use it...and everyone knows it!

    1. You guys all sound like bitches, and I feel sorry for your collective mothers.
    2. New wheels are on order from 73 Motoparts - I didn't like the teal hubs with my black/red color scheme so my vanity was a large driver on the new wheel purchase and not your bitchass advice.
    3. For shits and giggles went out to confirm that it's a 2.5 front/3.5 rear because I KNEW it was. Welp, it's a 2.5 front and 2.5 rear, which now helps me understand why it takes 70 degrees of lean angle to get to the edge of the rear

I can't wait to get my new wheels and then go plowing some farmer's corn with them.

    1. Breaks shit due to mechanical incompetence.
    2. Asks for advice from The Beeb.
    3. Gets sound advice.
    4. Buys new wheels, but not because of advice received, only because new wheels will be pretty.
    5. Insults those who provided sound advice.

Does that about sum up this thread?

That looks like its cast, so no welding for sure. JB weld? I have seen it do amazing shit. If it were me, and how cheap I can be, I would have tried to weld it. There are still 3 other holes to fasten it. What kind of speeds that thing do anyways?

Of course you can weld it, but you need to find a good tig welder, the you will need to find someone with a lathe. It also needs to be super clean, so if you can clean the area for the welder that would make his life easier. They would have to build up the area with weld, shape it with an angle grinder, face the mounting area with a lathe, use the rotor as a template to drill and tape new threads.

It's doable just depends on the welders in your area if they are willing to repair it. Tell them its for an offroad dirt bike.
