I don't suppose anyone else saw this race on Sunday. Y'all are missing out some good stuff from an American. And and unlike Herta, he is producing results. He will never fit inside an F1 car, but enjoy him for now.
No one will convince me that they didn't make a conscious decision not to show all the good parts of the battle during the highlights in the cool room. I think it was a deliberate attempt to avoid a fistfight. You could tell both drivers were wondering what they were going to show . Dead silence in the room . I was laughing my ass off.
Ugo is the first driver I've followed from karts to Grand Prix. He was a terror in karts. Part of McLaren's driver program before it went to shit, now he's independent. And doing better.
You mean you were following his mom and found out that she had a racer kid, right? It's OK, it still counts. We're among friends here.
In a shocking development, Hamilton puts it on pole for the sprint race. Hopefully he can keep them at bay and win the sprint race.
Hammy on pole at Silverstone is pretty cool. Leclerc, even though he qualified OK, seems a bit lost. I wonder if the team is developing towards Hammy now and Leclerc isn't able to feel the car as well.
I mean they’ve kinda been in the weeds for the most part for the last couple of years…brief flashes from Leclerc but nothing consistent. Last year Hamilton was just so lost, remember when he said he should be fired? Now this year they’ve started listening to him and he’s able to drive the car and get some good results and Leclerc still seems lost most of the time.
Lewis got a new engineer? or someone in his camp and also switched away from brembo brakes and his fortune has change fast.
What a shit show that was…I have more battery than you do so I can make a pass and you can’t get back around me. That ain’t racing.
with no clear understand of why. everyone who anyone cared about, who could finish well, was in their correct spot. eyeroll.
I stay up with F1 mainly on the stuff I read on here. I couldn’t figure out who Nelson was, so I had to Google the results. How does Nelson tie into George Russell? Only Nelson I could think of is Nelson Piquet Senior and Junior.
Unfortunately many of the regulations pertaining to SCs are absolutely archaic, written at a time it did not matter because the series would see like 3 safety cars the entire season. For some reason they have made almost no effort to update the regulations despite the fact things have completely changed in the last 10-15 years. They need to steal some ideas from Indycar, like moving lapped cars to the rear (still lapped) near the end of the race so you can get back to green quicker.
I wouldn't pay $5 for the season now. They made me into a pirate. Arrrrr! Ugo is the only interesting thing happening.
