Buddy, it's 5 am here and I've only had one cup of coffee. You need to put a warning up before just dropping a picture of bruised man ass.
Running is terrible for your body. It destroys all of your joints. Get in a pool and swim. Add collagen rich foods to your diet or at least a supplement from a reputable company(Thorne is one).
I think I’ve watched two of your crash videos now (this and at Barber), and your sound effects are the best Also, that track looks fun AF for some after work buffoonery.
Ouch! I just dropped from a 13T front sprocket to a 12T, the night before last. Did about a minute test and loaded the bike. MF’n 125 is a wheelie monster now. Eye opening for sure. However it was great for popping over logs, roots etc yesterday. It made me rethink my desire for a yz250 2T……….but only briefly. Still want one eventually
I’ve got leatt 5.0 under shorts. Has mostly hip/side thigh padding. There is a small tail bone area pad. They’ve worked well in all my countless crashes flat tracking/mini home course etc., but doubt it would matter with any real speed or height motocross crashes.
fell on my tailbone last Friday (snowboarding). decided to jump on a trampoline yesterday. did a butt-slam. yay me. butthurt again. my recommendation: don't do anything that will land you on your butt.
On the way back from Roebling last weekend, riding shotgun, we hit a pretty good bump on the interstate and I felt my tailbone give a soft pop and squish like jello. What a stupid way to irritate the injury, just slouching on a heard seat, checking my emails. Wound up going with the Leatt 5.0 shorts and got myself a proper pair of riding pants and a jersey. The weather has warmed up, the dirt is dry, and I got to try it all out on the dirty bike this afternoon. Two thumbs up.
