Suzuki 40th Anniversary BNG

40 years of the most important sport bike and 2nd most important bike of all time?
They could have pip fart on a snare drum and call it the celebration and I’d love it. :D

I’m scared to ask what you think is the most important bike of all time but I’m going to do it anyways. So let’s hear it.
 
In this day and age, I'm just happy 1000cc sport bikes are still being sold.

I hope more than 100 are sold (worldwide). Anyone know the number of 1000cc sportbikes sold worldwide?
 
Toe, I'm surprised you aren't hyped up that Suzuki could actually win a championship this weekend.
Roczen's immense talent has him on the cusp of something I thought impossible. He just has to finish in front of Lawrence the Elder on Saturday, and he finally gets a 450 SX title.

On a bike that is more or less a 2019.

If I was shopping for LEADER bike this would be the one. Or maybe the CBR RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. But I don't fancy the electo suspension. Even if it is Ohlins.

At this point, the latest and greatest is cool, but more and more I want simpler bikes. I don't care about having the most powerful. I do care about ridability, durability, and simplicity of ownership. Sounds like Suzuki built an analog bike that does all the right things right. Nicely done.

I'm glad Suzuki has decided NOT to chase hp numbers and assemble a upgraded package (lets be honest) that has plenty of hp. C'mon...193 hp is more than any of us need on a 448 lb street bike. (Duc, Honda, Yamaha & Kawasucki make a smidgen more hp)
The race config/tune with the M4 exhaust will probably put the revised GSXR above 200 hp.

I am disappointed in the lack of a modern color TFT and that yellow isnt coming to the US in 26.

Do better Suzuki...
