Smoked Salmon

At 46, I have gone mostly pescatarian and I and straight up addicted to this stuff for breakfast. I’m not wild about capers, so how else can I kick this up a notch. Great by itself but why not make it better??

i've done that many times with pepper jack cheese, smoked trout, cream cheese and carr's crackers many times lol

Smoked eel or pickled herring in sour cream come to mind. Toss it on a cracker with some cream cheese.
