That's a reliable description of every working farm (Both past and present) in the surrounding counties as well. But all of those are surrounded by 5 foot high weeds right now - this one is in the middle of town.

What was a little depressing was seeing a row of shiny green antique tractor projects at the local scrap yard - it sounds like the resale value didn't justify finishing their restoration.

Got to ask...why is there a shit pipe crossing a pristine creek in Vail and where is it dumping?

The main sewer line is on the other side of the creek, and this is the end of the road so to speak. gotta get the shit into the main line somehow. There have been a couple big run off years when that pipe was in the creek, raging through here when its flowing.
