Tonight my older brother had his second son, Charlie. Theres something wrong. When he cries his pluse drops and so does his oxygen level bad enough that they're moving him from the regional hospital he was born in to Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh...

naturally my brother and sister-in-law are out of their minds upset...

Please any thoughts and prayers are needed.

Sounds like a congenital heart defect. Your family will probably worry themself sick over the possibilities until they find out for sure what it is. The good thing is, amazing procedures can be performed even on the smallest of newborns. If the condition is found not to be very severe, treatment can sometimes be delayed until the baby is older.
