I saw a guy in a video about neon signs wearing this. I had to get one. The cartoon character is Reddy Kilowatt. He was used by Alabama Power and I would see signs with him on it when visiting my grandparents.

I have 2 apart right now doing carbs. And that battery I ordered new for the R6 about 9 months ago,I decided to put in last night. Wrong FN size!!! That's twice now I bought parts, sat on them forever, only to find out I was sent the wrong shit!! So that's gsxr 1k front brake pads (not) and R6 battery (not). Guess I will check that immediately in the future!
