Where are you seeing potential 150hp liter bikes in V6 HW?
The only 2 guys who have really run V6HW for the last 8+ years both have bikes that make well over 150HP at the tire. One of them is closer to 170.

Notice I said "Talladega" where we are running 56-57 second lap times. We see some of the Novices twice in a 10 lap sprint race. I was battling with Mesa two years ago at Tally, and we split a guy. Mesa spooked him and he moved over into me, we hit and he went down hard, and I ran off the track. Money classes where there are people 10-15 seconds off the pace shouldn't be on the track at the same time at Tally.V8HWT has been with F1 at a lot of rounds for awhile now. Being a sportsman class, there are some slower novice dudes (but no slower than Novice F1).
As far as lapping them, no, you'll lap the F1 Novice guys before us front runners. We aren't running up there with you, May, Burns, etc, but I know Michael Burns was running 32's at last years GNF (and runs 33-34s at Road Atlanta), and I was running 34's at VIR. Not going to win the A class, for sure, but you sure as shit ain't gonna lap us in a sprint.
And the majority of the time we get placed behind F1 Novice and start with them, so it's a cluster fuck for us V8 front runners to work through the Novice pack.
Correct. I stated that earlier but played cute by saying "over at the other side" instead of CCS.CCS dropped supertwins this year as well
So going into my second racing year now at age 45 plus, on my 2011 RC8, what classes will it qualify for in in stock format? Any vintage classes?
V8 HW has been with F1 the last 2 years correct?
Any big bore gsxr/Bandit that someone wanted to get real serious about....but we are talking about another class that's had very little participation barring a few long timers.

With the solos gone and every weekend being a twin sprint or Regional/National (besides the 3 endurance rounds), that's 6-8 sprints a weekend for a racer with a HWT bike. That's quite a bit of racing.F1, ASBK, ASSTK, Old Man class
Cool, I can't easily see overall #'s but figured it would not get "too deep" at most events. Just give V5 green with novice wave if lots of riders show. Not missing anything I can see.
So I'll look at putting V5 in with F2 and we'll keep HWT Superbike. Works for me.
This is no way to go about destroying roadracing in America! Not missing anything I can see.
