…continues to be a badass. Passed her road test with no dings and only 1 small reminder about lane position.

She turns 84 in a week. She’s been stressing for the last month as she’s hit Illinois DL age threshold and has to do road test to renew her license.

My mom is a rockstar.

It’s a tort. My sister in law made it. My mom loves stuff like that.

Absolutely. We have a knee replacement to navigate next month but all told she’s in good health and tough as hell.

 

I learned a long time ago do not count out the older folks. My FIL just got back from Sturgis, he rode his Harley there from San Antonio. He's 80. Retired Army Sergeant Major.
