Kurt’s kid’s Christmas

I knew this was a good group but to me this thread speaks volumes about Kurt.

 

Same here, I'm about an hour away from them. I can handle a boat ride, cruise I'll have to check with the wife on that much $ . What about lawn service for the year, or 6 months, etc. no idea what kind of property they have but I'd be willing to pay for a couple months. If someone who knows her could find out what car wash she goes to I can either run out there (I'm about an hour and change each way) or just call them and have x amount of car washes either mailed to her or waiting at the car was, etc. plus if anyone wants to go out there to do yard clean up I am sure I can borrow a buddies zero turn and even though I don't do my own lawn I have weedeater, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc and as long as I have some notice I have no issue with spending a day (or two) there. Just throwing out some ideas

 

Pretty sure it speaks more of Kurt than this group of knuckleheads

 

One other thought is there's a great Amish restaurant in Lavinia, Ga that has these awesome frozen meals they do. They are great and you just pop them in the oven. Range from 10-15 a piece but I can tell you we always have a couple here for when we don't feel like cooking but want something that doesn't taste like restaurant or prepackaged food.

I have known for years that we were all family..... We bitch, complain, fight, whine, argue, and act just like family........ But, when 1 needs help, all that gets put aside....... Good stuff... They live in Winder GA and love to go camping in Toccoa GA.

 

Few more things added to both lists.

 

Damn...42 minutes and the list is empty again.

 

I’ve been constantly getting emails about items being shipped. It looks like everything should make it by Christmas. That’s awesome.

 

Why the sad face? It's a good thing.

 

I saw it at 13 minutes and there were only 3 items left. Made me wonder how many were on there just 13 minutes earlier!

 

Sad because we weren't quick enough. I do like Mongo's point about next year though.

 

The way I look at it is that it's not about us. Those of us who missed it before we even knew it was happening should think of it as further evidence of Kurt's the impact on this community.
