The amount of money that goes into a factory effort for Suzuka has traditionally been more comparable to MotoGP than to WSBK. And unless things have changed since I last paid attention, they have the best electronics on two wheels. I mean, better than MotoGP.

Not allowed.

The Suzuka bikes were (are?) trick as all fuck. In the era of stinkwheels they Used to be 4 stroke GP bikes.

Moto GP has spec electronics that are restricted in what they can do. Last time I was following endurance closely, there were no such restrictions.
Oh, and I didn't mention the tires. They go all out. You know where Bridgestone MotoGP tires ended up after Michelin took over MGP? Yup, factory endurance teams (I forget which). So the others had to step up their game. especially with rain tires.

Suzuka is basically a fist fight between the Japanese factories on home turf. It's their Daytona 500, Indy 500 whatever. I follow many of the teams on X and it's a huge deal to win at Suzuka.
