i understand that part. it's the novice issue i've been addressing where now, apparently, i can't ride even if i wanted to be re-educationed. oh, well. looks like i'll sit in on the classroom and watch from the sidelines. what class usually has its on-track session while the novices are in the classroom? i'll sign up for whichever class it isn't.
You can sign up in novice if you wish. You need to ride at a pace becoming of novice class though, and abide by novice rules. The issue would be if you decide to wick it up later, and start buzzing other novices and such. They paid the same amount you did, so ruining their day, for the sake of your fun is not cool. Hell, for all I know....... could be wrong..... you COULD sign up in two classes, and ride two groups as long as you follow that groups rules. I would not advise it though.. you would be one tired SOB .
in deference to Monte, i think i'll just sit in on the novice classroom. the original idea, to be able to coach my friends, is still solid. i just have to prepare my novice friend for booting in to intermediate when he shows up for class. no worries, he has competition experience so, he won't be shy of other riders in his space and not having much sportbike experience doesn't mean he can't ride one, it just means he isn't familiar with the finer points...an intermediate. thanks for all the replies.
