I was wondering why some of us are listed as only being "junior members"?

Is this a step up from being a "PITA"? Also, if I make a few more smart-ass remarks and piss a few people off, do I get to become a "full-sized member"?
 
I have no idea why the classifications are like that - it's based on a combination of the permissions you have to access the BBS and/or how many mesages you have posted....

I'll see if I can change the names to something a bit more appropriate

Yeah, see if you can do that Sean. I have been catching holy hell for it saying i am a "member" when i don't even race....

Then get thee to a track and race young man!

I just got back from a track weekend at Roebling and it was a blast. 25 degrees on Saturday morning and pouring rain on Sunday. Only 3 of us went out in the racer class during the first downpour. Everybody else packed up and went home so they cancelled the afternoon. I guess there aren't as many hard core track day guys as there are racers.

I know a tiny little downpour wouldn't cancel a WERA event, right Sean?

You're right ain't no little rain gonna stop us racin - we may bring out the jet skis but we'll keep racing til somebody oils down the track!

I changed the status thing, let me know what you think - everyone starts as a BBS Novice and after 25 posts goes Expert. Sorry no cherry picking allowed

Let me see if I have this new post novice/expert policy down. If one writes a whining letter to WERA, even after 25 posts, he can stay novice for another year?

Just keep it upright through the puddles and practice smooth throttle while leaned over in the corners and avoiding the sealer patches. It was great practice for sliding around, especially when I returned home to the winter wonderland in North Carolina.

The dye from my gloves finally came off my hands in the shower this morning. People thought they were blue from the cold, but alas, it was my gloves. I still love riding in the rain. Turn 9 at Roebling was especially fun, just keep off the pit entrance paint stripe.
