Car with rodent damage

You could strip it down and make it into a track only car. Who cares if it smells a little.

Or, buy a Kramer instead.
I haven’t even proven I can ride a two wheeled 400 chick bike around the track let alone a “manlike” Kramer. Plus the second I bought a 690, you would be looking for the larger one because you know I’d wipe your ass all over the place.

Dude I could disconnect one of the spark plug wires and still kick your ass

Because so many wires can be (likely are) chewed up in so many places, I'd only go in if the plan is for a full re-wire. Can you get a full replacement harness from a donor vehicle?

Aren’t you afraid that with his close relationship with one of the principals of Motion & Bird that his investment would cause its collapse?

*Past performance is not an indicator of future results, each investor assumes all risk for loss
Hey Now!!!

@motion just turned 300% on OPEN and @BigBird seems to have “flown the coop”? So maybe thangs R a changin?

Ammo NYC recently did a resto of a rodent infested car. While it is possible, they had to do a lot to save the carpet.

I wouldn’t be afraid. I’ve bought vehicles out of the junkyard, vehicles that should be in the junkyard, and a couple new vehicles, in my life. The junk stuff cost me a lot less money and was very rewarding to get straightened out and cheaper, compared to new.

I’d definitely want to be able to spend plenty of time under the clams and under the vehicle. The main wire harness is going to be easy to inspect. The sub-harnesses aren’t, but, are easy enough to repair, if there’s damage where you can’t see. None of that is insurmountable.

For the exterior rodent smells and deposits, buy Simple Green Extreme Aircraft (blue label). I mix and use it at 50/50. It’s pH neutral, so it won’t damage alloy finishes, hardware treatments, etc. I use the stuff on everything around home, as it cuts right through grease and grime, without streaks or stains.

If rodents got into the vehicle’s interior, a solid commercial cleaning expert can get out anything. My guy has gotten out vomit and its smell, child feces and its smell, every kind of stain one can imagine, hard candies in the carpet, you name it. I completely remove interiors and drop them off at his shop. I leave the headliners in the vehicles, set off bombs, and leave the vehicle sit a few days, closed up. On Amazon, there’s a Toyota dealer who sells the Toyota HVAC cleaning kit. It’s easy to use and leaves the HVAC system smelling fresh.

IMO, the biggest concerns are if you’re OK with the time investment and potential project creep? I know you have a shop, so if it sits on stands in the corner, that shouldn’t be a huge issue. However, if once you get into it and find malfunctioning modules, because of previous electrical shorts, that’s going to quickly ramp up your expenditures. Provided all the sensors are undamaged and the wiring is repaired/intact, the modules will be the only thing left. If you have random electrical events, there’s almost always a defective module behind it. With your modern forklift experience, I know you’re familiar with that.

I’d go for it.

Peel off a thousand and pay a dominatrix and her assistant for an afternoon. At least then the pain will eventually get you some pleasure eventually and you’ll still have a few bucks in your stupid shit fund.

Maybe she’ll whip you with a wiring harness while her assistant stands on your balls while wearing stilettos if you ask nicely.

Piss cars are a nightmare. Wiring harnesses are a pain in the ass. English car repairs are money pits. Combine an English piss car that needs a wiring harness and all the unknowns and you’re looking at time in the insane asylum.

Just buy an Alfa. At least then you have an excuse for crying.

He said he’s “wiping” it… never heard that used in a competition trash talking but sounds pretty shitty :D
Hey bitch, get out here and I will wipe yours too!!!! Since you appear to be as frugal a f..k as me I will put you up.

Having not ridden in 3.5 decades, I still think I can beat the Russian loving, Harley rider @motion, but you actually rode real bikes in superbike and were successful, so I think I would have to recruit my son, for a Linders to beat the “red tail hawk”.
