    Shakes head.

Way to keep away from personal attacks there skippy.

Explain the crimes contained within to me? Bad decisions yes, poor management sure, some world class dumb ass political spin hell yes. Crimes, no.

Please compare and contrast Plame and Benghazi for me. What criminal acts have taken place in both situations and who deserves to be prosecuted. Which oaths were violated, and who was put at risk for political gain?

Love the polarized view so many have towards Obama.

And way to bring race into this. 10 points to you!!! I thought that was only reserved for the lefties.

The crime, at least presently, is covering up and lying to Congress about the issue. As for polarized views of Obama are concerned; If you will look at his tenure in office, without your rose colored glasses, you will see his rather strong characteristics of lack of talent for the job that he holds. He's in over his head and is continuing to drown due to his own ignorance on how to do the job.

What the fuck does Valerie Plame have to do with Benghazi?

Good. We're all on the same wavelength. Gross errors in judgment, perhaps by Stevens himself, or what got us into this horrific scenario in Benghazi. But neither the scenario that led to Benghazi or the response (or lack thereof) were criminal.

Most of the alleged coverup was political BS but was not illegal. Lying under oath is a different story, so make a case for that, but remember that it should be a material misrepresentation. I'm actually curious about perjury issues. Whatchu got? I certainly would not put perjury past anyone who testifies before Congress, but the problem is that there are so many Partisans and political hacks putting out so much bullshit that it's hard to tell fact from fiction from either side.

I took a pretty serious oath to deal with some stuff for a gov dept. The oath and explanation in detail prior to accepting the job made it pretty damn clear that violating the oath was a felony tantamount to treason and the DIA and office FSO made it very clear what was and was not allowed.

Valarie Plame was an operative who was exposed by someone for political reasons only. the person who exposed her role violated that oath and was never prosecuted.

I equate that to treason, just as i equate what Snowden did as high treason. Snowden was a network admin who had no fucking right under the sunto look at the contents of any files on the network. The second he opened a file he was not explicitly directed to open he violated his oath and should have been fired and possibly prosecuted. how that fucker was able to copy gigs of files off a secure network makes my head explode. his bosses should be roasted on spits.

Was Bengazhi a fuck up? in hindsight it sure looks that way. In realtime on scene its impossible to say as two key decision makers are dead. did the administration dance like a marionette after the fact? Yep.

But I still dont see the criminal violation. Spell it out for me please. maybe im just that fucking dense but PR spin has never been my legal area of interest.

And a big fuck you to anyfucking body who claims I dont support our troops or dont appreciate the situation, unless you too pay tribute each year to someone who was caputerd, tortured, mutilated, and then killed by the taliban but whose deeds prior to that were never made public and whose death was reported as something much less brutal to keep moral in the field up and paint a more heroic and sanitary picture.

Shit he'd know the answers to most of those questions if he had read the senate intel committee report.

but hey its primary season lets all grand stand instead of figure out if any threats to security in libya still exist and if continuing operations to neutralize them are working. :Puke:

    Plame?
What a blind partisan ball licker. And no, you DO NOT support our troops. While Doherty and Woods were not technically "troops", anyone who compares their actions and sacrifice to that of the political bullshitters Plames, clearly have fucked up priorities. Since you are satisfied that their were no crimes, why don't you just say, "What difference does it make now?" In your words, why care now--we didn't care about others who were killed by the taliban.

    Thanks.

A political speech, sure to rile the base.

The better tact is to talk about why Obama didn't want to deal with a guerilla attack so close to the elections. They will never admit that the reason why they tried to bury and distract was because of the political damage it would do.

I forgot that only neo-cons and veterans truly support or troops. Thanks for the reminder!

That's a big assumption there counselor. Shouldn't you go in prepared?:tut:

So, you think, based on his comments, that Jedidiah "supports the troops"? Wouldn't someone who supports the troops want to find out why those people were murdered? Nah, but somebody should be jailed for poor Valerie.

Jed, why do you fear an investigation?
With all the questions out there, it would seem that the best way to go is get everything out in the open and let the people decide, no?
How much time and money has been put into investigating Christie?
    Where was the crime there?
    Impeding traffic?

No. It's just a stupid politically motivated comment. No basis in fact, just made to be divisive and to insult.

And do you really not know why those people were murdered? Seriously?

You do know? Has someone been captured? Wasn't the goal to sweep the various "why" questions under the rug?

I dont fear an investigation at all. i honestly could give a rats ass if clinton and obama were found to have been at the controls of a predator orbiting the building and giggling while in bed doing bong hits. if thats the truth the fuck em and throw them unde the jail. but te senate already investigated so why do it again if not for political gain?

what pisses me off is the blind faith of some that every damn word that comes out of a politician or spurious news source is blindly followed by some (left and right) and treated as gosphel without one iota of critical though applied.

Again, what is missing from the senate intel report that begs deeper investigation? this smacks of nothing but political posturing to gain vites during primary season?

$50.00 to the AFF that after the primaries the committee ends up with a scathing report citing democrat led departments inneptitude at making security decisions but finds no legal wrong doing. In short a clone of the senate report with a touch of vitriol on the side.

IYC, like I've said just show me some facts not published in the senate report that makes this current round of investigations anything more than an election cycle dog and pony show.

Oh as for traffic gate. its laughable and stupid and will probably bite him in the ass. i like christie, but if he was in on that then it makes him look like a petty man. fortunately Im not a NJ citizen and my money isnt being used for that investigation.

Never been responsible for things that could get people killed if leaked I take it. Yes Plame. how do you think intel is gathered exactly? do you think sources trust that the people they talk to will keep them anonymous and themselves remain anonymous? what do you think outing an agent does to their sources exactly gets them valuable gifts and prizes bestowed by their local 'merica loving officials? do you think it would be easier to go into the void and get intel after a prior field officier has been outed?

As for supporting the troops ask the guys at an O5s retirement party last week if I support them? we had a blast in FL for the weekend, but he doesnt talk much about His tour in Afghanistan. Or the relatives of the aforementioned deceased father. or my deceased naval officer father, but yeah, he's dead so thats a tougher one. My classmate and CO of VFA 27 is easy to reach on facebook. ask him. Oh i could give you the contact info for a relative who is on permanent disability from injuries in Afghanistan when his humvee got blown the fuck up. He doesnt like to talk about it much since his buddy died in the incident though. the nightmares and his disdain for CNN reporters near the hills he was in make for a nice conversation though.

And exactly when have i said ANYTHING to disparage those who died at Benghazi or their actions?

Talk about being blind. All you see is someone who must hate 'murica because they think the investigation has turned into nothing more than a political circle jerk. Of course anyone not trying to string up a liberal must hate america and hate the troops.
