I have a line on the Panerai 176 (Titanium) with sandwich dial.
Other than the case material/weight, it's the same watch as my Panerai 112.

So, i'm contemplating selling my Panerai 112 (steel case). @Dave K has first rights, should he choose to buy it back.

Anyone have any experience with the 176?

 

appreciate it and I want it back but let someone else enjoy it.

That's what I'm thinking right now but that might change.

All I see is a dirty fork cap.

 

It’s a kick ass watch. Wears a bit big and is fully manual but it’s totally kick ass.

and you’d know all it’s owners and the original owner can tell you about buying it from the AD.

 

I do like kick ass stuff. Totally kick ass is even better.
How big is “wears big”? My Seamaster is 42mm and suits me.

 

It’s 44 and thick. Not stupid heavy but you know it’s there. Wears like a Panerai which is really the only way I can describe it.

Really, I should have put the rubber strap on it and kept it but wanted a change. It was selling the Panerai, the IWC or my sub. The Panerai lost because Jed wanted it.

The PAM 112 has both inner and outer box, all papers and at least 1x extra strap in addition to the current one that's on.
The current one (black) leather one is well worn in.

This photo was ~5 years ago, and I usually wear it in spurts of 1-2 weeks at a time.
It's manual wind, keeps good time.

Based on time alone, I would say it's due for a service.

The inner box (pear wood?) is a work of art on it’s own imho.

It’d be cool to see it go to another dude I know and would trust with it.

This was just delivered today from Zjani Custom Watches.

This is my 3rd watch from them and sadly, probably the last since they are closing their store.

 

How's the quality? I'm thinking about getting one.
