Typically one body takes care of the SG&A (business) side and the other is actually running the races.

I don't believe so, AMA pulled (or negotiated) sanctioning and promotional rights for road racing from DMG and granted them to Krave. It's a little murky and I may be wrong but I don't think DMG has any rights for road racing.

Could be. I thought the AMA helped negotiate but they did sell the entirety of pro racing to DMG so they didn't own any of it at the time. Totally agree on murky, it's all confused me for years

Hate it for Jake but I would like to see SDK on that bike. Im a GSXR bro, and I was pumped to see him have the GSXR where he did, but I also think he would go well on the Yamaha.

Selfishly though, I want him to stay with M4.

It has to be frustrating to be a multi time SB champ and having physical limitations relegate him to podium sniffer at best. I hope he gets his arms right and makes a return to form.
