I think any of the available talent on an attack bike is gonna net podiums. Who at the beginning of last season thought Ricky Bobby would be 2 races away from a championship? Not me... Can Orange cat build a SB that will be a threat?
Looks like I'll have to pick some up next time I head to Tennessee. Nothing shown anywhere south east of there.
Yeah but then there’s all the other fees and costs I’d imagine. Worst being the electronics guy. you could get your nephew who lives is his mom’s basement to do it but that kid has no eyebrows, no toenails and a permanent tick from just replacing the doorbell.
Reading through the info page on their site it looks like a cool little company doing things the right way. They also support Nascar and IndyCar. I def wanna throw them some support, you can order their tequila on the website.
[OTE="MotoJames, post: 6326604, member: 92271"]Lee is no longer with Orange Cat[/QUOTE] I know, but they are the ones who competed in superbike, on superbikes in NJ after Lee clinched the chip.
Top Pro bought a Alpha SBK and rookie SDK put it on the top step. The bikes are fully capable. I'm not sure who did the electronics for Top Pro but I saw Alpha guys in the paddock all the time.
I will respectfully offer an alternate perspective to you, @Chazzz: @joshherrin 's experience and previous mentorship with Kayla is almost certain to help these two young riders get their bikes set up quicker at each track, allowing them concentrate on putting fast laps in. You have to remember how young and relatively inexperienced both of these riders are. I am also willing to bet Josh will be able to assist PJ with figuring out his set-up if he's struggling at a track. Between Ben and Josh, I believe all of the RDM bikes will benefit from this paring next year.
I fully expect DiMario to be a force to be reckoned with in SSP (mixing it up Josh) and Kayla to be nipping at their heels. But I feel the R9 needs more restrictions or else someone may have to resort to a shove or two
It's a bummer Herrin isn't in superbike next year. It is great that he didn't find himself with no chair like Xavi did. It's funny how everyone seems to be disappointed while at the same time this forum didn't seem to be much of a fan of him. He's been around a long time. I think it's a shame he won't be there to race Cam next year. Hopefully this season stokes him up rather than burning him out. I've been rooting for Cam for three seasons. Josh nearly won the championship again last year. I would have much preferred seeing Cam back at Yamaha with Herrin at Ducati.
