Showers now have stalls and are no longer communal.. it's not great but the water is hot and they're semi clean, bring flip flops... that said if it's muddy at VMD, they'll be muddy too! lol

I believe the station for Mid-O is 90.3!

So, I run a 1977 KZ650 punched to 810 cc Can't fit in anything other than V5 not user friendly to make the trip to Ohio to run only 2 races. I know whining a bit but would be nice to run another class!

In the vintage rules it says V5 bumps to V6. Based on displacement that would be V6HW.

The V6HW bikes are faster but hey you get to ride more. And yes I checked, V5 and V6HW are not on the track at the same time.

I always just do two races, V6LW and LWTSS, and get my ass handed to me in that class. But it's fun. I'm more concerned with 4 days of rain.

So I can't seem to locate the link to an online release to sign.

Is this a release like pitt race or just for racers?

It's the racer one for AMA.

Yes we will have printed ones to sign as well. All about the CYA for everyone involved.

Wife is also doing the same. Where would vehicle parking go for that - lower/middle paddock or do general cars park elsewhere? Also, I've got a garage with electricity - what type of power does it have (I'm new to the camper scene and unsure of what kind of plug/cord is needed for these things)?

    Thanks!

It'll all depend on how much rom you have around you once settled. Usually the car near overnight is fine if camping but if you don't need it, stashing it out of the way more is appreciated.

No clue on the garage power but I wouldn't be expecting full rv with ac power levels. You will also be at least a full fire lane minimum away from your garage when parked so keep that in mind with extension cords, if you're plugged in to the garage they will be driven over repeatedly.

Did the email to get in Thursday go out already? Mine went to the wrong email last year. Just want to make sure I get it because I'm planning on arriving early Thursday.

No, it goes out today as has been said repeatedly. If you want to be sure it goes to the correct email you can always email me that address so I can make sure it's what we have....

Again, me trying to do my due diligence here so I've been spending the morning calling MidO, AMA (awaiting a return call from them) and now I'm posting here as extra redundancy.

I made arrangements to have a camper delivered track side for me to rent for the weekend (starting Thursday at 7am). Considering that I have pre-registered for the weekend as a racer, "camping is free" and therefore there are not restrictions to the vessel that I am using to camp out of, correct? Meaning that I don't need a RV pass purchased through MidO. They likewise won't give my one family member (non-racer) who is traveling with me a hard time because he will have a weekend pass for admission too.

Does that all pass the sniff test?

Yes - and don't call all of them because they probably won't understand the question.

You can camp in the paddock for free.

You will absolutely need to be able to move the rv if it's not in a viable spot - but also the gate doesn't open until 9am Thursday so you may want to let them know that. I think they'll be fine without the ticket/email just delivering an rv, that's fairly normal there.

Excellent and thank you. This will make my weekend a little bit less stressful.

Good call on the gate time. I mixed the times together. I'll be sure to update everyone involved on my end.

Would I be running my 890 kramer in the 600cc practice or 1000cc practice?
