It's in great shape, no leaks, everything works, and I've upgraded a bunch of things such as: -installed Maxxis M8008 tires, which are much less likely to blowout than original tires. -installed MicroAir Easystart on the AC, so you can easily run it off a generator and it doesn't "bang" when the compressor turns on -replaced the mattress with a real home mattress of medium firmness that's much more comfortable than the original RV mattress -installed 2 Pitbul Trailer Restraint Systems in the floor for 2 motorcycles. -every 6 months I lube the axles, and go around looking for any cracks in the sealant to patch. Included are all the accessories I bought, including a 50 ft and 25 ft 30 amp cord, 50 amp adapter, surge protector, water hoses, and tire and tongue jack covers. FYI, I've pulled this with an F150 and a weight distribution hitch, and it works great. I have the title free and clear.
