Standard race prep. K Tech suspension front and rear with one weekend since being refreshed for 175 pound rider. Lightweight lithium battery with spare. Full Yoshimura exhaust. It's had several owners. Lucky Yates' name is on the title so I'm guessing it could have been Ashton's cup bike. I never got the engine details but it was tuned to run the MA spec fuel but it runs well on MR12 or the Fuel Factory equivalent. It developed a stall at high rpm last summer that after at least 5 hours of searching never found a problem. Both batteries read a little low and after charging I put about20 miles on it around the house until local law enforcement explained the negative financial impact of such. I'll get pics for anyone interested. I'm located just south of Charlotte.
Bump. Rode it today and still can’t reproduce the stall. I’m not saying it’s fixed but I’m also not saying it isn’t; hence the price. I’m headed to north Virginia next Saturday and can bring with me.
Not in February. Roebling in March is a good possibility. I’m always up for a road trip, though. Maybe meet in march somewhere.
Kevin, Brad Coleman is going to AHRMA RRR in March. I don't know if he has room but worth a shot to ask if it would help you and Martin get together.
I appreciate the offer, but Tally is already a 6.5 hour drive for me and I'm not sure if I'm gonna make Roebling or not this year. I tried last year to make something similar happen, and it was more hassle than another R3 is worth to me at the moment.
